I find most of the food in many Mexican restaurants fry their food on a grill. It all tastes the same, killed. I would like to find a place where they really take their food seriously using fresh and whole foods.Where can I get quality Mexican food in Portland, Oregon?

Casa de Tamale's has been in Downtown Milwaukie for about 2 years now, and i went there yesterday for the first time. They had the most Authentic Mexican Food(In Portland)that i ever had. 10605 SE Main St. in downtown Milwaukie. Right off of McLoughlin Blvd. (99E).
