Okay, I know you probably want authentic Mexican food; however, whenever I am in southern Illinois, I always stop in Mt. Carmel, IL at a place called Taco Tierra for a burrito-like creation called a Sancho! Mmmmmm!What is the best Mexican Food restuarant located in Illinois, and where is it exactly?
