Why do they sell those religious candles in the mexican food aisle at the grocery store?

You always see Jesus %26amp; Mary candles by the mexican food at the grocery store. why?Why do they sell those religious candles in the mexican food aisle at the grocery store?
I am of mexican-american decent and they are used to keep us spiritually close to God. We burn them as a sign of our love for God and also we burn for the relatives who have passed on.Why do they sell those religious candles in the mexican food aisle at the grocery store?
They're popular among Hispanic people and are often lit while praying, or at memorials, etc.

They put it with the food because... well... probably because it's the only "hispanic" section in the store. I don't see why they don't just put them with housewares and all that. Why do they sell those religious candles in the mexican food aisle at the grocery store?
Read the back of them. Each saint or religious icon has a meaning.Hispanic's use them for prayer and protection. And th e reason they're with the food it because all the Mexican/hispanic stuff is in one isle. Why do they sell those religious candles in the mexican food aisle at the grocery store?
