Mexican food for a class of 30?

I'm doing a project on Mexico and I decided that it would be fun to bring some Mexican food for the class. What food could I make/buy that is large in quantity and is not overwhelmingly expensive?Mexican food for a class of 30?
you know the cheese dip they serve in resturants with tortilla chips?

melt chichuchu (mexican melting cheese) and serve with tortilla chips.

My family loves it.Mexican food for a class of 30?
I would suggest either tacos (flour tortillas, seasoned ground meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese) or chili con queso (I like the simple recipe using Velveeta and Ro-tel tomatoes.) Heat 2 cans of Rot-tel tomatoes (the kind with cilantro added is great) in a saucepan. Gradually add a 2 lb. container of Velveeta cheese a few slices at a time and heat on low until melted. Great with tortilla chips.

Either of these would be good for a crowd. The tacos would be a little trickier to carry because of all the different containers you'd have to take. Also, is there a microwave to heat the food in? If not you could take a crock pot for the chili con queso.

Good luck!
Chips and salsa or queso...also they have Taquitos in the frozen food section. They are yellow or white corn tortillas filled with cheese, beef and/or chicken. They are easy to cook in an oven, keep warm and serve. They are not messy and can be dipped into salsa, sour cream or cheese sauces. I served them at my daughter's bday party and they were a BIG hit!
