How to make Mexican food from home?

I am becoming obsessed with it, I love qdoba and chipotle is ok. I went to a mexican taco stand by a gas station yesterday and bought a steak taco and went back today. I also like going to the restaurants you know the El Sombrero, El Dorado, etc. My question is how to make a good burrito from home and some other easy to make/quick mexican food. I am a college student and haven't cooked much before. How to make Mexican food from home?
I love making enchiladas suizas at home it's so easy and fast to make and they're delicious. All you need is corn tortillas, a rotisserie chicken or just any type as long as you shred it, some green salsa preferably from the brand Goya and some mozzarella cheese. Take the tortilla spread some chicken in there roll it up put them in a pan pour cheese and salsa over them and stick them in the oven. :)How to make Mexican food from home?
To be quick and affordable, you can buy a rotisserie chicken, flour tortillas, tortilla chips, cheese, salsa and then 'fixings' such as tomatoes, lettuce, avocado or prepared guacamole, sour cream etc. Take the chicken and shred it (you can do this with by hand). Now, you can add it to a tortilla for a taco or chips for nachos, add cheese and microwave to melt the cheese. Add your favorites to either the taco or nachos. You can also mix together some shredded chicken and salsa and heat it up alone then add it to your tortilla or chips and the cheese seems to melt faster.

You can also brown some ground beef and do the same things, you can of course add beans; also, most grocery stores carry the packets of cooked beef and chicken for time savings not cost savings.|||Ground beef -brown it until no pink left. Then add your seasonings

I use:

Cumin(lots of it)

Curry

Ground Red and Black Pepper

Chili Powder

Garlic

And about 1/4 bottle of original flavor Cholula hot sauce(yeah I love the stuff)

I let that cook down for about 15 minutes or so until the flavors are all blended. AND if you want. You can saute some green pepper and onions, mix that in.

After the meat is cooked, seasoned. Just make whatever you want with it. Taco salad, nachos. Just get creative with your toppings.

Tomatoes

Lettuce

Salsa

Sour Cream

Black Beans

Shredded Cheddar and/or Monterrey Jack Cheese

Diced Jalapenos

Mexican rice

More hot sauce if you want|||http://www.realhomerecipes.com/recipe/bu鈥?/a>

here is my recipe for home made burritos, you can make tacos the same. you can purchase flavor packets at any store for burritos, tacos, nachos, fajitas... hot, medium or spicy. if you don't have all the spices in the list, don't worry go buy some meat, cheese, veggies, some shells and a flavor packet and you have a meal, just follow the directions. I love making this stuff at home it is fast and cheap and sooo good.

realhomerecipes.com|||I like to slice up some tomato, onion, lettuce, jalapeno, or avocado garlic, etc. And eat it on toastados. Plus hot sauce. There used to be a place that sold tortillas with just a little lettuce, less tomato maybe it little cheese and it is like 6 for 1$--even plainer than what I make. But good.
