People selling similar food next to my Mexican restaurant?

I own a Mexican restaurant and there's a taco truck less than 30 feet away selling tacos, burritos and all that stuff. Now the gas station in the same corner as my restaurant is selling Mexican food too, and I was here first. Who can I complaint about this? My restaurant is in the county not in the city.People selling similar food next to my Mexican restaurant?
If these people are renting from the same landlord as you, you can complain to the landlord. Although they might not do anything if your lease does not include a clause that says he is not allowed to rent to similar businesses.

If these are people who set up shop near you but have nothing to do with your actual property, there is nothing you can do. they are free to start their business where ever they want.People selling similar food next to my Mexican restaurant?
Check the licensing agency on you county or city. You can run them off by service great food %26amp; reasonable prices.People selling similar food next to my Mexican restaurant?
maybe you could ask your local elected officials to enact zoning laws that would prevent people from selling food out of a truck or a gas station.
