Anyone know where to find any really good mexican food in nc?

I moved here from california and it seems that no matter where I go in this state there is no good mexican food. If you know of any in the mooresville area that would be even better. I just miss mexican food it was such a staple back home.Anyone know where to find any really good mexican food in nc?
Sadly, NO, according to my husband. He moved there from CA, too, and was considering transplanting a taco truck there from Los Angeles to make a FORTUNE! Maybe, if you're enterprising, you could! Good luck with your quest.|||Pueblo Grande. It's on main street of Mooresville. Close to the library. It's DELICIOUS.
