How much mexican food do i need to feed 86 people?

I am trying to have a wedding reception on a budget. It is a dinner reception, I figured that Mexican food would go a long way. I was thinking rice, beans, make your own tacos and maybe cheese enchiladas. How much would I need to make of the rice, beans and hamburger meat? Thanks.|||read a recipe or the package and see how many people it serves say this serves 8 then multiply it 12 because you need a little extra. use around 90-95 as your how many serving you need.
