In Texas we have tameles, Guacamole, Mole,(spicy choc sauce for chicken or pork. Enpanada w/ meats or sweet potatoes, pumpkin. Mexican wedding cookies, parlines and leche quemada (fudge) and last but not least Margaritas and Sangria's. If your not in Texas you can go on line and order everything . I am in San Antonio TX. Mi Tierra has a wonderful bakery and will ship anywhere. Delicious and Tellez Tamales Will ship also, Texas tamale warehouse has sweet tamales also..
