Generalize much?
Most white people don't hate Mexicans--they hate the idea of people in the country illegally (from ANY other country) leeching off the government. We have PLENTY of people here legally doing enough of that.
I'm white and my best friend is a Mexican. I don't like Mexican beer and I only like tequila in mixed drinks. As for food, well, I love ALL kinds of ethnic foods. They're a good change from the norm.
You're apparently NOT Mexican if you think Chipotle is Mexican. Honey, that's Tex/Mex. Come to where I live and eat some REAL Mexican food.

Chipotle IS Mexican food. Mexican food is Mexican Indian food, and the word Chipotle is a Nauhtl word of the Aztecs. Therefore, it is Mexican. No wonder this question was asked, the ignorance is disgusting.

Why Do White People Love Mexican Food(Chipotle, etc.) so much?I love hot sauce, salsa, mexican food, tortilla's, refriend beans, tequila, mexican imported beer. I'm white, I love the Mexican culture. And I do not hate mexicans, my husband and daughter are mexican. My husband is FROM mexico. I think you're just making assumptions.
And Chipotle isn't aunthentic Mexican food, it's inspired by mexican food, it's Tex/Mex.
*giggle* I love Mexican food, beer %26amp; tequila, but I also loves me some hot Mexican men. Really. I work in a restaurant, and most of the kitchen staff is Hispanic. They are super sweet, respectful and work very hard for very little. I respect them back.

btw, I have never eaten at Chipotle. I prefer a privately owned place, with a Mexican staff %26amp; owner. My favorite place, the servers barely speak English, and ordering is done with a lot of pointing.Why Do White People Love Mexican Food(Chipotle, etc.) so much?

But seriously, I don't think it's fair of you to say white people hate mexicans. I don't hate mexicans, I DO hate mexican beer %26amp; tequila, but I don't hate any race as a whole... that's just ignorant. But, I can tell you one thing I dislike. And I really hate to categorize anyone because it's not only mexicans that do this, but the majority is. I can't stand when I'm walking into a gas station or anywhere and you hear a guy yelling "hey girl" at you and stuff like that, that's just rude. That is not a way to get a woman. But, whethere it's a white boy, mexican or indian.. I don't care, I don't want anyone yelling/whisteling at me like that. Regardless, it doesn't make me "hate" mexicans and also, mexican food is bomb and it's cheap!! :) :)
Haha that;s funny. I think it's because of the flavor. White people food (American %26amp; European) can be kind of bland. You can put all kinds of crap on top of a burger, hot dogs or in a sandwich and your can only so much flavor out of it. Even more trditional stuff like turkey, country fried steak can be kind of bland compare to Mexican food.
Mexican food is delicious, that's why.
Also, all white people don't hate Mexicans.
