Your best bet is to hire a caterer separately from the banquet hall. Most caterers will do Mexican fare or you can go directly to a Mexican restaurant. I love Maria's in Torrance and Hacienda in Westchester.

Well if you wanna try outside the LA area... I am getting married in Casa de lago in aug and it is in the OC area in the city of orange, and the food is delicious!!! my fiance and I went food tasting for our event about a month ago.. we had over 10 food choices! it was delicious we decided for the barbacoa and chicken fajitas!
