My favorite dish is Chicken Nachos. It's basically tortilla chips with shredded seasoned chicken and that great white cheese dip poured over it. Sometimes it comes with cooked onions and peppers. So yummy!!!
My personal favorite are carnitas from the taco trucks in L.A. Corn tortillas with pork covered with onions, cilantro, and salsa roja.

Flautas!!! Or here in South Texas we have this new thing called Puffy Tacos...also very yummy...acutally anything Mexican is good!

Chicken Mole topped with sesame seeds. I like it spicy, sweet, and bitter at the same time. It is one of Mexico's best dish, but not publicized. It is great.
it would have to Tacos Al Pastor, its so good with cilantro, salsa, and a nice cold beer!
