Should i still run after eating mexican food?

Today would be my third day of running but I'm gonna eat chicken quesadillas for dinner already screwing myself up. What would be the point of running right? Or should I run anyways so I can get in the routine of excercise? Am I just wasting my time?Should i still run after eating mexican food?
Run before you eat! Or if you have already eaten, wait an hour or so, then go for a run. You can go at a slower pace than normal, so that you won't get a stomach ache. Always try to get your exercise in :)Should i still run after eating mexican food?
