I don't know that there is a restaurant specifically for New Mexican food, but there are a ton of restaurants that bill themselves as serving southwest cuisines; I'm sure you can find some dishes that are from New Mexico.Is there a place in New York City where you can get New Mexican food?
Check out Mercadito and La Esquina. Make sure you go to Mercadito on Ave B. They have another location on Grove street, but it's pretty bad. I think the chef split from his partners and runs the one on ave B.
