Whats better tasting Mexican or Italian food?

I am doing a chart for class and need some input on how many people like Italian food and how many like Mexican food tell me what you think taste better. Whats better tasting Mexican or Italian food?
Since my mother is Mexican, and my father is Italian, I was raised knowing authentic dishes from both cultures, and not the stuff that is passed off as Mexican and Italian in restaurants.



I much prefer Mexican food because there is sooo much more variety in ingredients and flavours. Plus, there's just something about food made by my mom that's more special than my dad's. (sorry dad)



Also, if you consider the fact that Tomatoes are originally from Central and South America, and that most Italian dishes contain tomatoes, that kind of makes Italian dishes Mexican too =)



Whats better tasting Mexican or Italian food?
i hate questions like these. it reminds me of as child whan adults (family friends) come over and ask if u like mom or dad better. i remember getting lost and running away from the question. as adult it still lingers in the midst.

Mexican. Since these gringos don't know mexican does have pasta dishes with good sauces tambien. Mexican is very easy to make and is like cheap home food but Italian is expensive and hard to make. Whats better tasting Mexican or Italian food?
Damn this is way too hard. I could easily eat things from both but I would say I prefer Mexican food for it's ease to make.



Mexican food when made properly is often lighter than Italian food which is dependent on oils.
Mexican food is more of comfort food and its delicious, italian is really good too but it ges me full real fast and sometimes makes me sick.. MexicanWhats better tasting Mexican or Italian food?
