What is the healthiest Mexican food?

I am going to eat this weekend at a Mexican restaurant and I was wondering what the healthiest entree is to get. Any information any of you guys have would be highly appreciated! What is the healthiest Mexican food?
Anything with habanero peppers....because the peppers will speed up the digestive process...Better go slow first though....What is the healthiest Mexican food?
refried beans
Chicken taco salad, cheese on the side, whole beans. (Don't add all of the cheese or eat the shell it comes in.)What is the healthiest Mexican food?
bean burritos.
Well just about evreythings good. But ask them you want Corn Tortillas instead of Flour Tortillas, corn are healthier.

Also if you get some beans ask first if they put pork fat in them, authentic mexican restaurants do that. Fajitas (beef or chicken dont matter) are known to be low in fat and high in taste, try them outWhat is the healthiest Mexican food?
ask for beans that aren't refried. stay away from the chips and get soft tortilla's instead of fried. no cheese sauce/dip.. for the most part mexican food is healthy. my problem is gorging myself.....eat light and take the leftovers with you
sorry i'm mexican and there is no kind of healthy stuff in it.

stay away from refried beans. they are high in saturated fat.

eat beans from the pot, fresh made beans. from the pot. you might want to try like a grilled chicken or fish of some sort. salsa is pretty good.

the rice may have high saturated fat. also.
ceviche, provided it's fresh

black bean tacos with fresh salsa, there's nothing in the world better than that

Well, most Mexican food is healthy. It is the preparation that is not healthy. If they cook with lard, as is mostly the case to enhance flavor, it ain't healthy. Pinto beans are excellent, but refried beans are lardy. If it was me, I wouldn't worry much about one unhealthy meal. I would just eat what I wanted, with lots of water (not beer or margaritas) if this is not actually IN Mexico, but if IN Mexico, then, bottled water, enjoy the heck out of it, and begin to eat healthy again the next day. (Incidentally, corn chips are deep fried, refried beans contain lard, beef and pork are used extensively, hamburger in tacos) Chicken enchiladas are always pretty safe for health.
There are no healthy Mexican entrees that I know of. Losing weight takes discipline. You can do it!
Chicken fajitas would be good, the peppers, the onions, salsa, lettuce, tomato. Just as for the sour cream and cheese to be on the side, that way you can control the portions that you eat. Also use corn tortillas as opposed to flour. Beans are good for you too....lots of protein!
