Good mexican food to cook?

i need some good mexican food to make for my barbecue.. yea im mexican but all i could think of is tamales, menudo, posole, and enchiladas.. anythin else will be great.. this is going to be a big barbecue so i need alot of food ideas.Good mexican food to cook?
How about layered taco salad dip, In pie tin or a foiled round cake pan is even better. Evenly layer refried beans, cooked taco meat with salsa, sour cream,( layer of guacamoli is optional ), shredded lettuce chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with cheddar or taco cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Always goes over BIG I usually make two of them because ,it goes so fast. ENJOY I hope this helpedGood mexican food to cook?

Layered Dip

Cream cheese spread on pizza pan( I sometimes mix in refried beans)

Cover cheese with your favorite salsa

Cover Salsa with a nice (spicy) cheese

Serve with Tortilla chips

Makes a great appetizer
