Actually HERE is the REAL Question. Mexican Americans are You for or Against building a wall and Deporting imigrants? and what do You Think about Aztlan = wich includes
Mexico , California , Nevada , Utah , Colorado , Arizona , New Mexico , and Texas ? Do You Think Some Americans are indeed Racist and Why ?How many Mexican americans like Mexican food ?
ok im hispanic (not mexican) and here in NM most people are hispanic not mexican (long story) and most of us dont want any illegals here they give hispanics a bad name especially since they believe if you are hispanic then you are pro illegal. which most arent. oh yeah New Mexican food is waaaayy better. it has some mexican attributes but alot of native american and spanish stuff too. its like mexican food with an american twist. How many Mexican americans like Mexican food ?
the mexican americans i know don't eat much mexican food. and they feel we need the wall to help slow down the illegal invasion. there are mexican americans who are minutemen. aztlan can not have those states, if they try to take them there will be a fight. aztlan and aztec are the same. the aztec was in mexico city, mexico. if they are wanting aztec, aztlan back they need to go to mexico and get it.
I eat real Mexican food man not taco bell.Aztlan is a crock dude.History don't cut it man.Deporting immigrants ain't right unless you mean illegal ones. The wall ain't no wall if you read about it.It's parts of a wall dude. They be crossing in new parts then man. So no point. How many Mexican americans like Mexican food ?
Im Mexican American and I know the truth! The wall is never gonna be finished! Its a show put on for the bigots entertainment! Republicans like illegals for the cheap labor and Democrats believe in the American dream so the wall is being built to shut some people up. Can you guess who those people are?....................Bigots!
Brought to you by the good people of the city of Provo, Utah... here's today's fine example of yet another illegal alien committing a violent crime:
http://deseretnews.com/dn/view/0,5143,69鈥?/a>
Gee, how much better we are with this invader in our nation. How many Mexican americans like Mexican food ?
nice move. I thought you were REALLY asking how many mexican-americans liked mexican food.
well i'll answer your fake question and the REAL one.
I do enjoy eating mexican food...but it's not my preferred choice, and yes i do like TAco Bell and all that good stuff.
and i'm totally against buliding the wall and deporting immigrants.
i'm against buliding the wall because it's stupid. i mean, Bush and all his buddies can build the wall if they want, but the mexicans and other south americans WILL find a way to get around it, under it, or above it.
they're just wasting their time buliding the wall.
and i think it's mest up that the USA took Aztlan, but at the same time i'm glad they did because i LOVE living in CA.
i know that i wouldn't last a day living in Mexico as a resident.
i go to mexico every year for a couple weeks, but i'm always glad to return to the USA.
now, the REAL questions is,.....do YOU like mexican food???
I only like the food I prepare for myself at home. The wall is politically imaginary. No law against spouting racist remarks.. freedom of speech. Be a border patrollman and enjoy. Hope you can stand the heat. The location of Atzlan is not precise. Higher education levels makes racism levels recede.

What do you do to prepare for the epic journey on the toilet after eating Mexican food?
Lawd, For your entertainment you will need a book like Uncle Johns bathroom reader (This book is designed just for your journey can't you tell by the title its real), or magazine, wet wipes, cigarettes (if you smoke), lighter (not having one can be like not having tissue), Make sure the can of air freshener is at least half full (need a good room freshener let me know Scentsy has one and I'm a consultant lol...), you may want your cell phone?, Put an additional roll of paper in the bathroom, just in case your toilet tissue eyeball measurement is a little off, Brief friends and family of the epic journey you are about to embark on (to minimize the knocks, questions, reminders etc...) and off you go!
Really bad cramps after eating mexican food?
I had a spicy mexican dish that i've never eaten before and I've now got insanely painful cramps. I've never had a problem like this before, what could be?Really bad cramps after eating mexican food?
The heavy and probably hot spices are attacking the lining of your stomach. Suggest you cut out any hot and spicy food as you could eventually have an ulcer which is not easily got rid of. Accept your problem and just say no to hot spices. Ordinary spice flavours should not however be a problem.Really bad cramps after eating mexican food?
You should use Xanax, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://webmd7.notlong.com/AAa4VT9

Authentic Mexican Food?
Grasshoppers, pig feet--sorry, but these don't really sound appetizing to me--things is they are pretty authentic.
What are some more "stomachable" foods you would consider to be authentic mexican food?Authentic Mexican Food?
Anything served with a mole` sauce.Authentic Mexican Food?
My husband is from Mexico and grasshoppers and pig feet are not authentic Mexican food unique yes. Many countries eat insects, and different parts of the pig. Things that are considered authentic foods of Mexico are:
Mole
Chiles Renellos
Tamales
Tortas
Pazole
Menudo
Tortillas
Refried beans
pipian sauceAuthentic Mexican Food?
Cabrito....Milk fed Goat
Enchiladas, Menudo, Posole, birria, ceviche all of this stuff is great!Authentic Mexican Food?
Pigs feet are delicious.
Menudo- Beef Tripe Soup-delicious.
Enchiladas, burritos, tacos, chile (without beans), flautas, fajitas...my husband is from San Antonio, TX which has a 50% Latino population from Mexico. If you go into a Mexican restaurant down there, those are the foods you'll be served.
I live in Mexico City so we have restaurants with regional food from all over the republic, have you ever tryed ants eggs (mmm) maguey worms, huitlacoche ( black corn) pumpking flower soup or quesadillas, tlacoyos azules (blue corn filled in with chopped pig skin or beans) amaranto with honey called alegrias its a seed full of proteins very good. Every region has its own version of tamales in the north the have them thin and small, in center we have them medium size but in south they even put a hole chicken leg on them. We also eat nopales (cactus) Tuna wich its the cactus fruit, very sweet juicy and full of seeds.
You really need to research this subject as some people can come up with some really crazy ideas. Only one thing I can say is that I have never been able to get any decent Mexican (or Tex-Mex) food north of the Mason-Dixon line.
Chalupas, chilaquiles, tostadas, mole, chiles en nogada, carnitas, barbacoa, sopa de tortilla, cochinita pibil, enchiladas, pozole, tamales
menudo
Enchiladas! Yum-O!
Tortilla
Cornbread
Quesadillas
Salsa
Enchilada
The problem with the question is what is authentic to Mexico covers an area that ranges from rich coastal fisheries, to lush jungle, to desert ecologies where just about anything is eaten.
I live on the border and we don't eat grasshopper or pigs feet. My crazy white southern relatives eat pickeld pigs feet. Where'd you hear that abot mexican food?
Def. not taco bell. Family owned mexican restaurants usually have the good stuff. Meaning fresh salsa.
what's wrong with pigs feet???? very tasty stuff!
Tacos, nachos, salsa sauce, quesadillas.
I didn't know about grasshoppers...
Here's a list of many of the foods/dishes I encountered while living in the interior of Mexico:
corn tortillas
frijoles (beans)
arroz (rice)
tortas (sandwiches)
pollo pibil (chicken barbequed in banana leaves)
mole (sauce used with various meats. It is made with chocolate, spices and chiles.
huachinango (red snapper dish)
ceviche (raw fish marinated in lime juice)
picadillo (ground beef dish)
carne asada tacos (flank or skirt steak with onions)
sincronizada (like a quesadilla)
I hope you get to travel around Mexico to enjoy the various regional foods. I love Mexican food!
Taco bell of course
Chicken feet boiled in a stew is very good and very authentic
just remember to take the feet out. before eating
I'm lucky enough to live in Chicago. We have a huge Latino community here, so Authentic Michohuacan or Destrito Federal style cooking is easy to find, so are authentic Puerto Rican Restaurants.
I'd recommend Menudo, a pepper pot like tripe soup. Also good is Seviche--a marinated fish and shrimp dish served like a relish, And Pastor--a kind of barbecued pork. Pickled carrots, with jalapenos, pickled garlic and cauliflower is pretty tasty too.

In a sentence like: Tina said, "I like mexican food" where would I put the period to end the sentence?
Should I write my sentence like:
Tina said, "I like mexican food."
OR
Tina said, "I like mexican food".In a sentence like: Tina said, "I like mexican food" where would I put the period to end the sentence?
the first one
Tine Said "I like Mexican food."
Periods, question marks, exclamation marks etc always go before the quotation marks.,
hope it helpsIn a sentence like: Tina said, "I like mexican food" where would I put the period to end the sentence?
the first one.
The first one is correct. In a sentence like: Tina said, "I like mexican food" where would I put the period to end the sentence?
In America, the first option. In England, the second. No kidding.
first one and don't you know by now that periods always go at the end of the sentenceIn a sentence like: Tina said, "I like mexican food" where would I put the period to end the sentence?
Tina said, "I like mexican food."
American style is to put it before the end quotation mark. (first option)
British style is to put it after the end quotation mark. (second option)
It's the second, because it is a quotation inside another sentence rather than the quote being the whole sentence.

Would you eat real old style mexican food when they would eat frogs and salamanders?
Because before the white man came and brought Hogs and Cattle those were the two most common fillings for tortillas.Would you eat real old style mexican food when they would eat frogs and salamanders?
Hell yeah. All the good stuff is New World. Tomato, buffalo, peccary, chilli's, lime, potato, papaya, agave and tequila. Sounds like the best tortilla ever.Oh the historic South American's also used artichokes, sweet potatoes, beans and squahes, potatoes, avocadoes, pepper, corn, cocoa, manioc, blueberries, cranberries, tobacco, turkey, venison and fish of all kinds. So you could pass on the salamander if you wanted to!!! It was probably cooked using far less shitty additives and tasted better because there was less pollution and **** too. xWould you eat real old style mexican food when they would eat frogs and salamanders?

Do you think it's safe to eat Mexican food?
I know that you aren't suppose to have soft cheeses when you're pregnant I usually can avoid them all together but what if i want to eat mexican food, queso blanco and queso fresco are 2 cheeses that they use in mexican food and those are 2 of the soft cheeses you're not suppose to have....What do you think?Do you think it's safe to eat Mexican food?
Cheese is an important source of protein and calcium for pregnant women but certain kinds do need to be avoided. This is because some cheeses are more inclined to allow growth of bacteria, such as listeria, which can harm your unborn child.
Pregnant women are advised not to eat:
鈥?soft, mould-ripened cheeses, such as Brie or Camembert
鈥?blue-veined cheeses, such as Danish Blue and Stilton
These cheeses are moister and less acidic than other cheeses, providing a perfect environment for bacteria to grow. However, thorough cooking should kill any listeria, so it should be safe to eat these cheeses in cooked food. Before you eat it, though, make sure it has been properly cooked and is piping hot all the way through.
In healthy adults, infection with listeria can cause a short-lived flu-like illness. Pregnant women, however, can be hit harder by listeria, for the same reason you are more susceptible to everything during pregnancy: your immune system isn't working as well.
Symptoms usually develop several weeks after exposure to the bacteria, which can make it hard to pinpoint exactly which food made you sick. Symptoms may include fever, chills, muscle aches and back pain. Doctors diagnose listeria infection by testing your blood. Antibiotics will treat the infection. Newborns can also be tested and treated.
Listeria infection in pregnant women is very rare in the UK, only affecting about one in 25,000 pregnancies. Provided you avoid foods with a high risk, you are very unlikely to be affected.
All hard cheeses are generally considered safe to eat. The Food Standards Agency states that listeria is present in these cheeses in extremely low numbers and they are therefore not considered a risk during pregnancy.
Cheeses which are SAFE to eat in pregnancy
Hard cheeses:
Austrian smoked, Babybel, Caerphilly, Cheddar, Cheshire, Derby, Double Gloucester, Edam, Emmental, English goat's cheddar, feta, Gouda, Gruyere, Halloumi, Havarti, Jarlsberg, Lancashire, Manchego, Orkney, paneer, Parmesan, Pecorino (hard), Provolone, Red Leicester.
Soft and processed cheeses:
Boursin, cottage cheese, cream cheese, feta, goat's cheese without a white rind, mascarpone, mozzarella, Philadelphia, processed cheese (such as cheese spread), Quark, ricotta.
Yoghurts (all varieties), probiotic drinks, fromage frais, soured cream and cr猫me fra卯che - any variety, including natural, flavoured and biologically active - are all safe to eat.
Cheeses to AVOID in pregnancy
Mould-ripened soft cheeses:
Brie, Blue Brie, Cambozola, Camembert, Chaumes, ch猫vre (goats cheese with a white rind), Pont L'Eveque, Taleggio, Vacherin-Fribourgeois
Blue-veined cheeses:
Bergader, Bleu d'Auvergne, Blue Wensleydale, Shropshire Blue, Danish Blue, Dolcelatte, Gorgonzola, Roncal, Roquefort, Stilton, tomme, Wensleydale (blue).

Do you think it's safe to eat Mexican food?
I would Think it's ok , mexican woman eat it when pregnant i'm shure , along with that , what about Woman in Japan do they eat sushi when pg , i've known a lady who said she did and her child was fine , some times i wonder if we are SOO very worried about what where doing and that where doing it Right , that we cause more problems in the long run ,
Just my opinion ,
After i gave birth to my healthy 6 1.2 lb baby girl , i was told i never should have had coffee , tuna , rare roast beef , witch is what i ate all the time while pg , so it's all how you feel i suppose
Who says you aren't supposed to have soft cheeses when you're pregnant?
My wife ate whatever she felt like having and it didn't bother her.
It doesn't matter whether the food is Mexican, Chinese, or standard Mac %26amp; Cheese. You eat for you and the baby will get what it needs.
Just don't listen to the old wives tale about eating for two. That's when you tend to over eat.Do you think it's safe to eat Mexican food?
Skip those cheeses and use mozzarella or monterey jack instead. Those are acceptable, aren't they? Don't listen to the people who say that you can eat anything, even if it's on your list of no-nos. This is your baby. You are the one responsible for his/her wellbeing. Do what you feel is right. If there's a doubt, don't eat it. You can eat whatever you want in a few months!
Umm i've never herd of not eating soft cheese while being pregnant. I think you would be ok this one time, but you'll know after you eat it because you might get a put set stomach, or maybe your baby wont like it and u'll throw it up. it all depends on if your body can handle it. Or if you are trying to eat healthy food for the baby I would stick to chicken at the mexican places.
Do you think it's safe to eat Mexican food?
I ate Mexican while I was pregnant. I don't know what you are really talking about, I don't keep up on what you can or cannot eat while you are pregnant. If you can wait until Monday when the doctor is in, then call and find out for sure.
i think it is pretty safe, my mom is mexican and she ate mexican food all the time when she was pregnant, i don't see why it would not be safe
I think your not supposed to eat the more gourmet cheese, such as bleu, goat, ect. the cheese's in Mexican foods are fine
never eat mexican food. only hamburgers and hotdogs.
not if its some other mexican's food
oh...just eat it.
if you dont mind your bum oley on fire

What kind of Mexican food can I make?
That isn't in a tortilla. And that isn't a dessert either but a main dish and very tasty. And not tamales either okay. What kind of Mexican food can I make?
Pollo (chicken) a la Plancha Or Steak a la Plancha. Both are easy to make. Plancha just means you are gonna flatten it out. For the chicken you get a boneless chicken breast and cut it lengthwise and open it like a butterfly. Pound it out alittle and season with salt and pepper. Have a griddle ready or a large pan on High Heat. Pour alittle oil on the bottom and place chicken in pan and have something heavy to press down on it. Just cook for about 3min on each side. Remove from heat and add sliced onion, and sliced fresh jalape帽o peppers to pan with alittle water just to scrapped the bottom of pan. When onions are translucent pour everything over the chicken and add your favorite mexican blend shredded cheese on top. Sides suggestions: Mexican rice and beans. Yum!!! NOTE: If you go with the steak do the same thing except cook for a little longer. Good Luck! What kind of Mexican food can I make?

Croquetas? or colaches?
Croquettas
Not sure if I spelled it right, but my hubby is Cuban.
We bought these from a Cuban bakery in Little Havana, Miami,FL.Need to find the name of a cuban or mexican food?
they are called empananda's
A great recipe is here:http://www.recipezaar.com/62597
You can substitiute the pork for ham.
is it deep fried or baked??
it could be a croquette(fried)
or empanada
I think they might be croquettes.
Taquitos, burritos, enchalada, chimichanga? Im just naming cheese filled things. :)
These are from Mexico: Hojaldre (pronunced O hahl drah) is with puff pastry and is layered so you see the ham and cheese; they are baked. If the pastries are closed, they are empanadas. Empanadas are deep fried or baked, depending upon the recipe and they can be filled with many things.

Why is Mexican food not real in the USA ?
they all claim there.s is real from a Mexican
recipe. Why is Mexican food not real in the USA ?
I am sure that those cities and town down near the boarder will serve genuine Mexican dishes along with Tex-Mex styles.
There is a huge number Mexicans there, and if they want genuine ingredients they just need to skip across the boarder, but there will be numerous shops in the States that get their stock from MexicoWhy is Mexican food not real in the USA ?
Because Americans like the watered down version of authentic mexican food.
Because we are dumb and eat too much fatty foodsWhy is Mexican food not real in the USA ?
The reason that it's not real Mexican food is because we are not in Mexico we are in the United States where we get the cheapest ingredients (not the real ones) too save a buck.
Because most americans couldn't stomach authentic mexican food. Why is Mexican food not real in the USA ?
'cause they dont have the Mexican touch and they use cleaner utenciels and ingredents.lol
The best mexican food (and the most authentic) is in California. I've been to Arizona and New Mexico, and the mexican food is horrible. I think that they say they are real is because they use fresh ingredients and they don't fry it (American Style).
Because it has been commercialized to accomodate most palates. Nothing tastes the same as having an old mexican lady in the kitchen cooking from scratch. I suspect that other cuisines are the same.

Can someone help me figure this out about mexican food?
Im trying to figure out this food name. Its taco meat wrapped in sort of like a bread and has cheese in it. Its as if someone took some dough put taco meat and cheese in it and wrapped the edges around it in either a triangle or just a circle and put it in a fryer or over to cook? Can someone help me figure this out about mexican food?
Empanadas. Can someone help me figure this out about mexican food?
What you're describing may be empanada (like the other answerers responded). It's a South American dish; or it could also be a "pupusa" (it's a Salvadoran dish). "Pupusa" is masa encased with meat and cheese.

Sounds like either an Empanada or Sopapilla.
Could also be a puffy taco although that is Tex Mex and not really "Mexican" as such. Can someone help me figure this out about mexican food?
Sounds like a type of Empanada. Basically anything can go into them as long as they are covered with dough! Argentina has the best in my opinion:-)

Mexican food in Kansas - what the heck is up with the salsa?
I've been to a couple of Mexican places in Kansas City and the Salsa is always like diced tomatos with basil and other stuff. It is more italian than mexican. It has no kick to it at all. I went to one place and asked for hotter salsa, the waitress brought what seemed to be picante sauce with vinegar mixed in. It wasn't hot just sour. When I told her I was leaving and not eating there because the salsa wasn't salsa she got all bent - I think she actually believed it was good salsa. WTF???? I know that Kansas is a long way from Mexico but you can still buy Old El Paso and other brands of salsa in the stores! Why don't these tards realize that diced tomatoes is not salsa!!!?!?!?!?!?Mexican food in Kansas - what the heck is up with the salsa?
Yeah i hate the salsa in most places. But i do like a couple places. Check out one the border first, as they have the best salsa and they give you free chips salsa and free soft tortillas. Then next check out jose peppers. Thay also have good salsa.pontoon boats

What are the Best Mexican Food Restaurants in NYC?
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd appreciate it! Thanks. What are the Best Mexican Food Restaurants in NYC?
My favorite Mexican restaurant is Del Valle on Tenth Avenue and 48th Street. The cooking style is from Puebla, so there are some unusual dishes (try the chicken pipian when they have it - the sauce is made from toasted pumpkin seeds). It's very inexpensive, very clean and very, very good. The most expensive dish there is the seafood soup (great) - that's $14. They have a number of shrimp dishes - very generous portions - comes with rice and beans or salad and homemade tortillas - $11. Most appetizers are $2 to $3. The waitresses are very pleasant, but service there is slow. What are the Best Mexican Food Restaurants in NYC?

I would have to say Rosa Mexicana, and I believe there are now there of them, are by far the best Mexican restaurants in NYC. The food is not your typical tacos, but is quality cusine. The guacamole is made at your table, and a joy to watch. The service is great. But you do need reservations as it is a busy place, or should I say, places.
I like La Palapa on St. Marks (between 1st and 2nd)

Good recipes for Mexican food with chicken in it?
Does anyone know of any?Good recipes for Mexican food with chicken in it?
Chicken Enchiladas are surprisingly easy! Cut up cooked chicken into cubes or shred into small strips. Put into a bowl with grated cheddar cheese and enough sour cream to moisten. You can add chopped onions if you want. Mix well. Place about one tablespoon of mixture into corn tortillas. Roll it up and place it into a casserole dish. Keep going until your mixture and your tortillas are gone, lining up each enchilada next to each other so they will not unroll. Pour a can of red enchilada sauce over the enchiladas. Sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are browned. Enjoy!Good recipes for Mexican food with chicken in it?

We had chicken fajitas last nite.
Cut boneless breasts in strips, marinate in fajita sauce (or just use taco seasoning with a little water). Stir-fry with strips of green, yellow %26amp; red peppers and onion (you can buy this frozen) and serve in tortillas with cheese.
You can make chicken tacos, too, or burritos. Just use diced chicken instead of beef in ANY recipe!
Ok,I love mexican food, any suggestions for some quick and spicy receipt?
I like chili, burittos, that kind of stuff. Any answer appreciated!Ok,I love mexican food, any suggestions for some quick and spicy receipt?
I make killer spicy chili with hand-diced chuck roast which is browned with garlic in a frying pan. Then I throw in a palmful of chili power, alittle salt, about a half-palmful of cayenne pepper, a can of diced tomatoes, a can of potatoe paste, a whole Spanish onion, green peppers, cook real slow at simmer. The longer you cook it the hotter it gets!! Then when it starts to first simmer, throw in a palm full of yellow flour to thicken the sauce (mmmm), cook for hour or so, then throw in a can of red kidney beans and more onions--cheese is an option, too, and WALLAH, serve with Spanish rice and flour tortillas. (Mmmmm, the best!!) I use pinches, smidgens, and palm fulls and do it to taste. Forget the old measuring cup, that's no fun at all. As for burritos marinate the chicken or beef slices in rotell, tomatoe sauce. Then cook it on a grill, serve w/onions, refried bean, green/red peppers inside a flour or corn tortilla. I think I'd rather cook it for you since I'm a great cook (haha). Good luck, email me if u have any probs.Ok,I love mexican food, any suggestions for some quick and spicy receipt?

Get a box of beans, whichever you fancy, unsalted, in water. Drain it. Chop onion and garlic. Fry it until golden. Add minced meat, or Quorn, or whatever you want to use. Add some water, put in the spices. Add a little chili if you like it really spicy. Add the beans, and mushrooms if you like it. Leave for a few minutes.
Serve in taco shells with lettuce, cucumber, salsa and whatever else you like :)
This is simple stuff! I'm a student and I can make this...Ok,I love mexican food, any suggestions for some quick and spicy receipt?

Rolled beef tquitos with a spicy guacamole? Cooke flank steak in water with "Chef Merito" steak seasoning, 3 whole garlic and a few bay leaves. Cook for a couple of hours, once it is ready, take it out of the water and let it cool down. Finely chop onion and saute it with a little bit of oil, shred your beef and add it to the onions, add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. If it looks a bit dry, try adding a bit of the water that it was cooked in. Get corn tortillas and add a bit of the beef mixture to the middle, roll the taquitos and secure with toothpicks. Once they are all rolled heat up oil in a large pan, once the oil is ready drop the taquitos, in the oil a few at a time until they are slightly golden. Let them drain over paper towels. For the guacamole, add, avaocado, jalapeno (with seeds) tomato, onion, cumin, salt, pepper, minced garlic, chile powder and a squeeze of lime, mix it all together. (Tip: to keep the guacamole from browing - throw on the the large avocado pits into the finished mix) Good luck!

some cultures (i.e. different cultures, Inca are still Mexican, Central America is still Latin, etc...) but not a lot, cause peanuts don't grow well in Mexico and S.A. besides, i am allergic to peanuts and i eat latin food all the time.Does Latin American/Mexican food contain any Peanuts?
as mentioned -red,mole to be precise ,and also a powdered mix for a type of shake known as pinole are the most common . theres also a variety of candies which are obvious when purchased.
Some dishes include peanuts, there is a candy made of peanuts called mazapan, unlike marzipan which is made of almonds. There is peanut brittle, and some mole pastes include ground peanuts. Capirotada, which is a traditional dessert usually prepared during Lent does include peanuts, and some chicken recipes are smothered in a sauce made with peanuts as the main ingredient.

Can someone with colitis eat Mexican food?
Would it do nasty things to their system? Would fajitas be a safe suggestion? Can someone with colitis eat Mexican food?
I wouldn't eat a restaurant fajita, they are fried in oil and the veggies are sometimes hard and that combination can cause cramping, gas, bloating and diarrhea for someone with colitis. If it is made at home, the recipe can be altered to make it more easily tolerated and healthier: the chicken is best baked, broiled or boiled and the veggies are easier to digest if they are steamed really soft and don't put any spices. You could try just one wrapped in a flour tortilla and see how your body tolerates it, but chew really good, eat slow, and just eat a small portion.
I have Ulcerative Colitis and nothing worked for me until I found AloeElite. The AloeElite is safe, its natural and it works to heal the gut, just like aloe on the skin heals cuts and burns. They have diet info on their website for people with Colitis, what to eat somewhat depends on if your having diarrhea or constipation.
Individuals with Diarrhea
Foods to Eat: White Rice, Ripe Bananas, Broth Soups, White Toast, Baked or Broiled Chicken, Fish and Turkey, Well-Cooked Vegetables
Foods to avoid: Dairy Products, Lettuce and other Raw Vegetables, Beans, Fresh and Dry Fruits (except bananas), Coffee, Alcoholic Beverages, Soft Drinks, Greasy, Fatty Fried Foods, Spicy Foods, Candy and Chocolate.
Individuals with Constipation
Foods to Eat: Fresh Fruit (particularly prunes, figs and apricots), An Assortment of Raw Vegetables, Broth Soups, Baked or Broiled Chicken, Fish and Turkey, Prune Juice
Foods to Avoid: White Rice, Ripe Bananas, Peanuts, Alcoholic Beverages, Soft Drinks, Greasy, Fatty Fried Foods, Spicy Foods, Candy and Chocolate.
Tips: Drink lots of water, exercise, avoid laxatives and fiber supplements when possible, and try to manage stress so that it doesn鈥檛 affect your body and its functions.
I take the AloeElite every day religiously and am now 100% healed! I can eat a lot more foods now that my intestional lining isn't all inflammed and ulcerated. Good luck!papa ginos

Almost certainly. Food stamps are a humanitarian effort.
Remember there is no shortage of food in this country, food rots away in warehouses.- the shortage is money.
Food stamps are a product of the department of agriculture.
---would you really rather have illegals starving in the streets here? I'd prefer to not see them on welfare but foodstamps? Who cares?

Just about anything in Old Town is going to be great! It will give you the best variety in a generally close area. A little out of the way is Porky Land. yesIs mexican food in Mexico different from the one in american restaurants?
That food is cooked by real mexicans. The stuff here in the states is made by illegals.
No really, I guess a little different.
It is way different. Is mexican food in Mexico different from the one in american restaurants?
Yes theirs is more authentic. Some recipes in the states have been changed because certain ingredients weren't available.
Yes they r really different, MEXICAN restaurants here r not authentic theyve been AMERICANIZED! :-/
Totally! different! In fact, just as in the US there are regional foods which are pleasantly different depending which part of the country you are in. Be adventurous and taste the local cuisine, you will always be pleasantly surprised, and always ask for the degree of hot or picante so that your dish won't be uneatable.
Mexican food in New Mexico and Arizona is v-e-r-y spicy, sometimes almost too hot! And it is very different from the mexican food of Mexico. I like all of it!
Even Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and California each have their own particular kinds of mexican food.
absolutely.
is the food in sonora different than in df?
the further you get from the border the more gringoized the food gets.
if you see a sign tat says authentic it means GRINGOS EAT HERE, and no self respecting hispanic would be caught inside except to work.
tex mex is an exception. i prefer sonora style, i carry brown habenero sause with me, but tex mex is pretty darned good to me.
Most "mexican food in the US is realy Texmex
You'll find the food here in mexico quite different
HELL YEAH
In united states they use flour tortillas and yellow cheese.
In mexico we use the real ingredients.
In united states they put to much thing on the tacos.
The hamburgers are diferent in MCDONALD'S that in Germany
if you like hot food and I mean hot hot, Mexico is where its at. It is far more spicier there than US. that"s why those bulls have smoke coming out their noses.
ABSOLUTELY!!!!! It is not even close. Mexican restaurants in the U.S. cater to American's version, or their concept of what Mexican food should be like. I find it quite bland and unappealing. I've talked to restaurant owners who state that they would lose business if they tried making and selling food as it is made in their country. Instead, they fill their menus with the typical and expected fare...i.e. chimichangas, tacos, tamales. The same stuff as the next Mexican restaurant. Cheese on top of tortillas, with lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Try ordering "tacos de lengua" next time u visit ur local "mexican" restaurant. Or "tacos de cabrito". There are so many delicious dishes that just don't sell in the USA because we Americans are used to the same items on the menu. Try an authentic, and I mean authentic, restaurant next time. It probably means going deep into the barrio, but it might be worth your palate.
yes
is more delicious the mexican cook
Definately. For that matter, cusine in Mexico itself is diffrent from state to state. What we eat here in Sinaloa for example looks and tastes nothing like they eat in Quitana Roo.
The food in Mexico is much better, not all spicy and hot, there are many dishes, for all tastes...
what does the illegals have to do with the bad mexican food in the us?
gosh that's so racist, and it has nothing to do with that!!!!
yep, and mexican food in the U.S. puajjj, stinks!! I mean it!

Dam175. I麓d just like to mention that Mexico is NOT central america but, part of North America. It is said that Europeans in general are racists. I am Mexican and I live in France at the moment. In my travels I have found nothing but nice helpful people. No where to buy mexican food in france.
I have personally search in Paris, Rheims, Tours, Angers and, Nice for mexican food ingredients. Many phonecalls and internet searches have been made trying to find it. It does not exist. Barrio Latino restaurant is OK. YOu can buy pozole and other authentic mexican dishes.
However being a mexican food snob there is only one place to buy Real mexican food. IN M茅xico. Then you have the problem of what type of mexican. North? Central? Oaxacan? Yucatecan? A lot of french think that mexican food its equal to Tex-mex. Disappointing. I suggest to stick to French food
sejla789, How ignorant are you? I'm sorry that not every country that speaks Spanish has the SAME cuisine. And also in any case, no real Mexican eats nachos, tacos, and burritos. I'm not sure where you are from, but still your ignorance is astounding.
Besides in Spain, it is known that they are not exactly too friendly with people from Central and South America. Most will blatantly be straight-off racist with you. I can't say this for myself, but I know many people who experienced this treatment personally. The insults were so bad for some of my dear friends that they couldn't take it anymore and had to leave.
Americans and Canadians are not the same as would French and Germans even though they are right NEXT to each other. Please think over your answers when you speak and don't blend every country into one big mass.Where in France can I find Mexican food products? ?

What's a good cookbook title with the word "Mexico" in it?..it consists of mexican food?
I have to make a cookbook for one of my classes and the country of foods I am making are all from Mexico. I went to Hobby Lobby today and got some cool stickers, including this one that says "Mexico" that I would love to use on my cover as part of the title. Anyone have any ideas other than just putting that sticker as my title? What's a good cookbook title with the word "Mexico" in it?..it consists of mexican food?

I need help from some real Mexicans, I need recipes and instructions on good REAL MEXICAN FOOD?!?
I know how to cook american food like pot roast and meat loaf, and i know some mexican dishes, but when my bf and i move in together he's gonna want real mexican food like his mom makes for him. So i need help. no one will teach me. And I hate my mom. Dont get along with her. So can you give me some instructions and some recipes.I need help from some real Mexicans, I need recipes and instructions on good REAL MEXICAN FOOD?!?
I agree with your other answers that if you can get recipes from his mother, they would be authentic and just what he likes. If you don't live near her or have a close relationship with her, then Rick Bayless has a wonderful cookbook called Authentic Mexican regional cooking from the heart of Mexico.
It is not Tex-Mex, it's authentic Mexican. You might try checking Amazon.com for a less expensive copy of the book than going to regular book stores and paying the full price.
Hope that helps.I need help from some real Mexicans, I need recipes and instructions on good REAL MEXICAN FOOD?!?
I would suggest asking his mom for some recipes. Mexican cuisine is pretty varied, does he like Tex-Mex? New Mexican? True Mexican food like they eat in Mexico? You could also try a Mexican grocery store for ideas. It's hard to narrow it down to a few recipes without knowing what you are looking for.I need help from some real Mexicans, I need recipes and instructions on good REAL MEXICAN FOOD?!?
Authentic Enchiladas Verdes
1 bone-in chicken breast halves
1 cup chicken broth
1/8 white onion
1/2 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound fresh tomatillos, husks removed
2-1/2 serrano peppers
1/8 white onion
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 pinch salt
6 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
1/4 white onion, chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1. In a saucepan, combine chicken breast with chicken broth, one quarter onion, a clove of garlic, and 2 teaspoons salt. Bring to a boil, and then boil for 20 minutes. Reserve broth, set chicken aside to cool, and discard onion and garlic. When cool enough to handle, shred chicken with your hands.
2. Place tomatillos and serrano chiles in a pot with water, enough to cover them. Bring to boil, and continue boiling until tomatillos turn a different shade of green (from bright green to a dull, army green). Strain tomatillos and chiles, and place in a blender with another quarter piece of onion, 1 clove garlic, and a pinch of salt. Pour in reserved chicken broth, so that liquid just covers the veggies in the blender by about an inch. Blend all ingredients until they are completely pureed. Pour salsa in a medium saucepan, and bring to a low boil.
3. Pour oil in a frying pan, and allow to get very hot. Slightly fry tortillas one by one in hot oil, setting each on a paper towel afterwards to soak some of the oil. Finally, dip slightly fried tortillas in low-boiling green salsa, until tortillas become soft again. Place on plates, 3 per person.
4. Fill or top tortillas with shredded chicken, then extra green sauce. Top with crumbled cheese, chopped onion, and chopped cilantro.

Mexico is a huge country and the cuisine varies by region. Some recipes are heavy on seafood and others feature beef. Either way, true Mexican food does not get served with a ton of melted cheese, sour cream and shredded lettuce - that's the Americanized version of it. A lot of true Mexican foods take hours to prepare.
Pulled Beef Enchiladas
Start early in the day, because you have to cook a beef roast and then shred it.
1 pound round steak
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, halved and thickly sliced
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup beef broth
3 cups enchilada sauce
10 (9-inch) corn tortillas
Grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, to garnish
Shredded lettuc, to garnish
Sour cream or nonfat yogurt, to garnish
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cut round steak into pieces that will fit snugly into a casserole with a lid. Strew about the beef the garlic, onion, pepper and chili powder, and pour the beef broth over all. Cover the beef with aluminum foil and then the casserole lid, and place the casserole in the preheated oven.
Let the beef cook, checking it once or twice to be sure the broth has not cooked completely away, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The beef is done when it is exceedingly tender to the fork, falling apart as you prod it. Remove the beef from the cooking juices and set it aside to cool.
Strain the cooking juices, discarding the solids reserving the broth. Set the strained broth aside.
When the beef is cool, shred it by pulling at it with two forks. Moisten it with the reserved broth and, if desired, refrigerate it for up to 2 days before proceeding with the next step. About an hour before you serve the enchiladas, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour one cup of enchilada sauce in a small, heavy, nonstick skillet. Heat it over medium-high heat and soften tortillas by passing them briefly through the hot enchilada sauce, draining them well before laying them on a brown paper bag or mat of paper towels. Continue until all the tortillas are softened. Spray 9-by-13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Spread about 1/2 cup or so enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan.
Remove the reserved meat from the refrigerator and fill the tortillas by spooning a tablespoon or two of the meat into the bottom third of a tortilla, rolling it like a cigar and placing it seam-side down in the baking pan. Continue until you've filled all the tortillas; you may have some beef left over. Now pour enchilada sauce over filled tortillas until they are very nearly covered, tipping the pan to make sure the corners are well moistened. If you have beef left over, spread it over the top of the enchiladas.
Bake until the enchilada sauce is bubbling hot, about 30 to 45 minutes. Garnish each serving with shredded lettuce, grated cheese, sour cream or yogurt and salsa.
Makes 6 servings

Can anyone recommend a GOOD mexican food place in Cicero, Illinois?
I live in Cicero, Illinois, and all the Mexican food places here suck (at least that I've been to so far)!!! I used to live on the north side, and everything up there was awesome!!! Now I can't get any good Mexican food to save my life. Can anyone help me?!!!Can anyone recommend a GOOD mexican food place in Cicero, Illinois?
If you want to venture a bit to Chicago, Tio Luis Tacos has the best Mexican food ever. My reccomendation: chips and salsa, three avocado tacos, sopapillas, and of course a pineapple juice. Can't be beat!

What are some good sides with Mexican food?
Here's what's on the menu for tonight:
Chicken enchiladas
With a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and bean dip drizzled over it,
with tex-mex dip and tortilla chips.
What else would go good with this?(:
6-7 are going to be eating. What are some good sides with Mexican food?
Corn or Spanish rice..What are some good sides with Mexican food?
mexican rice
umm try any HOT sauce? or like avocado i guess IDKWhat are some good sides with Mexican food?
You might want to "beef up" the salad with more lettuce etc. To the salad add some corn sauteed with diced bell peppers or not too hot chilies. You might also want to have a rice dish (diced some onions and garlic, saute with a bit of oil. Add rice and a bit of ground cumin. Use V-8 or water mixed with a bit of tomato sauce for the water and cook as you would any rice)
how about some fruit. Like a good slice of pineapple. What are some good sides with Mexican food?
Guacamole, mexican rice(you probably have the ingredients around the house), re fried beans, (just blend up a can of good pinto beans in the blender and fry those in some oil.) Sour cream, maybe some appetizers:) Sounds good!! Have fun!
Mexican rice is good. I always think corn goes great with Mexican food (maybe because of corn tortillas :-)). Or get a jiffy muffin mix, but instead of mixing it with milk, add picante sauce. Bake as directed and you have Mexican cornbread.
I love avocado slices and they go well with Mexican food. Spanish rice is good too.
sour cream, rice, corn, if your into really hot stuff try habanerro hot sauce , or if your into the milder stuff tr a Tabasco or jalapeno sauce. if you like hot butt smoky try canned chipolte peppers in addobe sauce or if your not into really hot stuff buy it without te sauce on it. also tequila or a margarita wouldn't hurt unless you have a bunch of kid coming over.
Chilzo
spicy rice
toquitos, mexican rice, tamales, quesadilias, and buffalo wings. either of these are a great side dish.

Why is authentic Mexican food more respected than Tex Mex?
Tex-Mex incorporates more cheese, ground beef, and milder flavors into authentic Mexican foods to better please typical American tastes.
Authentic Mexican is usually more difficult to prepare, has more complex flavors, and uses meats that are unusual to Americans, like tripe, tongue, and cheek. Mexican food uses much less cheese than tex-mex.
Taco Bell and most Mexican food chains are tex-mex.
The best way to tell if the restaurant is Mexican or tex-mex is to look at the people eating there. Usually there are no white people in authentic Mexican restaurants. The prices in these little restaurants are usually much lower too.Why is authentic Mexican food more respected than Tex Mex?
because tex mex sucks
its urbanized mexican food. Why is authentic Mexican food more respected than Tex Mex?
Its all mental. When any person hears of something being made homemade then it automatically overrules the idea of anything microwavable. So some may think that true authentic Mexian food is respected because its authentic, its real. Unlike your average everyday Tex Mex. It just sounds like its been tampered with and for people who know the goods don't know anyother.
Because it is so much better, and doesn't have any unnatural stuff!!Why is authentic Mexican food more respected than Tex Mex?
it's simply a knockoff americanized version
Well idk about anywhere else, but the Tex-Mex places in Brooklyn, NY are run by Chinese people...so you can see why it gets no respect lolWhy is authentic Mexican food more respected than Tex Mex?
Because Tex Mex is not Authentic Mexican Food. Its Americanized.
Well, one thing for sure , Tex Mex is nothing compared to Mexico. It can be a Mexican dish but if made in Tex Mex style . it will usually never taste the same due to the ingredients it preserves. Yes , it is singled as Americanized.I love my heritage , but still till this day even if I my self make tacos the Spanish way , it will never taste the same as done and made original way as in Mexico taste .
It is way more tasty. Imagine putting ketchup on sushi. Gross. To a lot of Mexicans and people who really enjoy Mexican food, alot of tex mex is the equivalent. Obviously some of it is good but a lot of it is not that great.
To each their own- Perhaps it is the way it is made that makes you enjoy the Tex Mex better. Different tastebuds for each individual......

Uh - with enough "superstition", you can see anything, anywhere, at any time.
Jesus is the Lord of glory. He is the King of kings. He does NOT appear any where except on the judgment seat when He judges all humans by their actions, their words, their attitudes, their thoughts, and the motives of their hearts.
Look! It's Our Lady of Guacamole again!

There is a place in Anaheim called El Nopal, they have a good variety of mexican food. I think the items you've listed are a different type of mexican food so your not going to find them all in one place. For Carnitas there is a place in Fullerton called Carnitas Uruapan which are very good, and tamales de iguana? I think that's a specialty you'd have to make at home. Sopes can be found in placentia in a place called Q Tortas or El Farolito. You have to look around.
Well, Baja California Norte or Baja California Sur would be suitable, I think.vegan diet

Mexican food serving customs?
I'm doing a report on Mexican cusine, and I want to know what sort of serving customs they have. Unfortunately, typing this into google keeps giving me irrelevant data. Does someone have this information for me, and could they cite the source? Thank you very much!Mexican food serving customs?
Mexico: Customs and Etiquette
Meeting Etiquette
. When greeting in social situations, women pat each other on the right forearm or shoulder, rather than shake hands
. Men shake hands until they know someone well, at which time they progress to the more traditional hug and back slapping.
. Wait until invited before using a Mexican's first name
Gift Giving Etiquette
. If invited to a Mexican's house, bring a gift such as flowers or sweets.
. Gift wrapping does not follow any particular protocol.
. Do not give marigolds as they symbolize death.
. Do not give red flowers as they have a negative connotation.
. White flowers are a good gift as they are considered uplifting.
. Gifts are opened immediately.
. If you receive a gift, open it and react enthusiastically.
Dining Etiquette
If you are invited to a Mexican's home:
. Arrive 30 minutes late in most places (check with colleagues to see if you should arrive later than that).
. Arriving on time or early is considered inappropriate.
. At a large party you may introduce yourself.
. At a smaller gathering the host usually handles the introductions.
Watch your table manners!
. Always keep your hands visible when eating. Keep your wrists resting on the edge of the table.
. When you have finished eating, place your knife and fork across your plate with the prongs facing down and the handles facing to the right.
. Do not sit down until you are invited to and told where to sit.
. Do not begin eating until the hostess starts.
. Only men give toasts.
. It is polite to leave some food on your plate after a meal.Mexican food serving customs?

You just are not using quite the right search term. I turned up some decent results using "Mexican meals" rather than "serving customs."
Mexican food serving customs are not very different than our own, though the structure of the courses can be a little different. The thing that is the most different is the timing of the meals and what is served for each meal.Mexican food serving customs?
They put every thing on the table and every one sits down to enjoy the feast. The food they serve is typical Mexican dishes unless it is a Holiday or birthday(Quincenera). Then they make special dishes for the fiesta!

Why did Tito Santana eat Mexican food right before facing The Mountie at Wrestlemania 7?
During the match, he doubled over with stomach cramps and The Mountie pinned him.Why did Tito Santana eat Mexican food right before facing The Mountie at Wrestlemania 7?
LOL, Bobby Heenan had a cover up for everything, even The Mountie using his taser, or stun gun he had...forgot what it was called.
Ok, to all the answerers complaining, The Mountie used to walk around with a taser thing, he used it on his opponents to win his matches a lot. He was wrestling Tito, used the taser on him and The Mountie went ahead and pinned him. Bobby Heenan was commentating and he always played on Tito's Mexican background, so to cover up The Mountie using the taser as the reason he fell to the ground he said it was the Mexican food he ate before the match that gave him cramps...or something like that.

My friend likes to order his food at Taco Bell in Mexican talk. How can I tell him to stop?
Everyday after school we go to Taco Bell. He orders his food in mexican. Its very annoying. How can I get him to stop without being mean?My friend likes to order his food at Taco Bell in Mexican talk. How can I tell him to stop?
My bro likes to go to McD's drive thru and put on a cowboy hat and use a totally hick accent to order. It's all good!My friend likes to order his food at Taco Bell in Mexican talk. How can I tell him to stop?
First of all, mexican talk?Mexican is a race and culture, its not a language, the language you are refering to is SPANISH.and taco bell is supposed to be a mexican restraunt(altho its not),there are hispanics who work there and he has a right to speak gibberish if he wants,if hes hispanic thats his language, and he knows it for a reason, def not to speak to himself, and if you have such a prob with it,dont hang out with him.if u were able to speak spanish you would use it to your advantage
Hahahaha I think you mean Spanish. Just be like "ummm I think they have no idea what the heck you are saying, what do you want and I'll get it for you"
That way it is still kinda funny and nonchalant :)
Ooooor you could just deal with it, or pretend you don't know him while ordering, let him go first and go to the bathroom or something if you don't wanna be embarrased :)My friend likes to order his food at Taco Bell in Mexican talk. How can I tell him to stop?
Mexican talk? You don't mean Spanish, do you? Are you saying he ridicules the way Mexicans speak English? If that's it, tell him you don't like it, and you don't want to hang around with people who think it's ok to make fun of other people.
if by mexican talk you mean spanish then i would say: ordena detener en espanol por favor (stop ordering in spanish please)My friend likes to order his food at Taco Bell in Mexican talk. How can I tell him to stop?
Don't worry the order taker will tell him to speak English--he's not in Mexico.
Tape record him and play it back to him so that he hears for himself how much of an *** he's making of himself.
"Never mess with anyone who prepares your food."
LMFAO!!!! I'd switch to McDonalds and tell him to order in a very frustrated red neck hick accent.
Mexican talk??? lol
pare hablar en mexicano ahora! eso es c贸mo usted lo hace.
Just say "nacho nacho taco taco" when he starts talking in Mexican and do a little dance. Shame him out of it!
Ride it out. When they screw up his order, he will stop.
!cierra la puta boca!
Shut up!
or close the whore of a mouth!
If they understand his spanish then why worry .
Dos taco grande por favor ... thats easy .
its called spanish
and you could just punch him.
What's wrong with doing that?
just tell him u dont like it

Is Rubios Mexican grilled considered authentic Mexican food?
I know Del Taco and Taco bell are BS, but is Rubios legit? They actually have Mexican people working there. Is Rubios Mexican grilled considered authentic Mexican food?
Never heard of it. But based on the name I would say no. Even authentic mexican places are americanised in one way or another. They have mexican people working in every kitchen, that means nothing. Is Rubios Mexican grilled considered authentic Mexican food?
I'm not saying it's all fake. There are probably a bunch of authentic taco stands in LA.
with that name, no..and those people who work at those restaurants are not all mexican, they're central americans pretending to be mexican..so they can be hired for that job..Is Rubios Mexican grilled considered authentic Mexican food?
It is probably Tex-Mex, so No.

Where is the best place to eat mexican food in scottsdale arizona.?
I am on vacation and staying at the Princess!Where is the best place to eat mexican food in scottsdale arizona.?
Los Dos Molinos in Mesa or PhoenixWhere is the best place to eat mexican food in scottsdale arizona.?
The Tortilla Factory in Scottsdale was really good. If you like tequila they have over a hundred different kinds (i think, its a lot) and the margaritas were oh so yummy. They also make their own tortillas on site. It was really good. I definately will go back there on my next trip out to Phoenix . Look it up on the web. Enjoy!
If you are looking for authentic Mexican food and not an over marketed chain restaurant go to Tacos Jaliscos. When I go there I feel like I am in Mexico, my boyfriend is Mexican and is the one who showed it to me. It is delicious and made fresh. It is also incredibly inexpensive. It is more like a take-out type restuarant so I wouldn't go for a fancy night out, but for somethng quick and casual it is great.Where is the best place to eat mexican food in scottsdale arizona.?
Los Olivos in Old Town
Well, if you wanna shoot on over to Mesa, go to Matta's! My family went there since I was a kid (1980 or so) and was our favorite place.Where is the best place to eat mexican food in scottsdale arizona.?
I like Carlos O'brians, it dosn't sound like a mexican food place but it is and its very good and yummy!
Just drive south a little more and there you will find Mexico!!!
ok. Find yourself a "filibertos" "Los Rubios" "Fredericos" anything with an "os" at the end..the ones where they run in what used to be old fast food chain buildings (old wendy's or jack in the box etc..some though are really small and are only a drive through) they look terrible but they have hands down the BEST mexican food..i kid you not.
(i really like the super nachos..amazing.. nachos with guacamole, sour cream, refired beans, pico de gallo and carne asada that is to die for...and their carne asada burritos are AMAZING too...they also sell chimichangas and tostadas and stuff like that..but they server horchata as well (its a mexican rice drink that is AMAZING as well but its a either you like it or you dont drink) and they have the home made tortillas too. and most of them have a drive through if you want to just bring it back to the hotel. i suggest grabbing some green sauce though...its so good..i know for sure filibertos has it. their quantities are big though. they dont cook it till you get there and its real meat...not stuff like mcd's burger patties or anything.
P.s i mapquested the nearest one to you...its not THAT far..its 11 miles from your hotel but its a really nice one..brand new and built for filibertos...i've been to that one several times. its a straight shot only like one turn from your hotel to there.

Am planning 2 get marry any1 know of a good banquet hall that i can get that has good mexican food?
i also want this banquet 2 have the food 2 b serve threw out the whole party till it ends any1 know about 1 in california in the LA area?Am planning 2 get marry any1 know of a good banquet hall that i can get that has good mexican food?
Your best bet is to hire a caterer separately from the banquet hall. Most caterers will do Mexican fare or you can go directly to a Mexican restaurant. I love Maria's in Torrance and Hacienda in Westchester.

Those are the two I think are good (and prices are really good). Talk to a manager about catering the party once you find a location and date.Am planning 2 get marry any1 know of a good banquet hall that i can get that has good mexican food?
Well if you wanna try outside the LA area... I am getting married in Casa de lago in aug and it is in the OC area in the city of orange, and the food is delicious!!! my fiance and I went food tasting for our event about a month ago.. we had over 10 food choices! it was delicious we decided for the barbacoa and chicken fajitas!
